If the research involves both humans and animals, it is necessary to complete, sign and submit both research application forms.

The request for an opinion from the Ethics Committee, together with the signed Research Application Form and necessary attachments, shall be submitted in writing to the Dean, and in electronic form by e-mail to the Ethics Committee at eticko.povjerenstvo[at]sumfak.unizg.hr.
