Cilj predmeta: The aim of the course Physical and Health Culture 1 is to acquire theoretical and practical kinesiology knowledge for the purpose of training students for independent physical exercise and adopting healthy lifestyle habits. Through various forms of physical exercise, the goal is to satisfy the daily needs for movement and improve the motor, functional and cognitive abilities of the student population. Through attending classes, students are educated about the importance of daily physical exercise, that is, about all the good that physical activity means for a person and his health. The goal is to simultaneously acquire knowledge about the harmful effects of various forms of addiction on health, especially about their impact on the intellectual and physical capabilities of a person, about the importance of quality nutrition and about the most interesting results of research conducted so far on the student population from the segment: physical activity as disease prevention, healthy eating , sports diagnostics, stress suppression, physical activity as a means of relieving stress.
Sadržaj predmeta: 1. Athletics Walking - Walking at different paces, Nordic walking, fast walking, mountain walking Running - theoretical knowledge and divisions, cyclic movements at different paces, fast running of short sections, running down a slope, running up a slope, interval cyclic movements, differences in running long, medium and short stripes, running with loads, relay runs, running with hurdles of different height 2. Combat sports Basic Judo techniques - falls, hand throws, belt throws, leg throws, choke techniques, levers Basic techniques - karate - kicks, punches, defenses 3. Sports games- Basketball - Driving the ball in place, driving the ball in motion, basic passing, pivoting, jump shooting, passing in place and in motion Soccer - passing in place, passing to the first, passing in movement, techniques with the ball, cooperation between two and three players, shots on goal from movement, shot on goal after a passed ball, volley, headers, ball stops, Volleyball - passing with two hands above the head, passing with the forearms, serving, passing behind the head, receiving service, blocks, technique of the game in attack, technique of the game in defense Handball - passing the ball in a straight line and with a change of direction, Passes in place, passes in motion, crosses, passing for counterattack, cooperation of two and three players, shot on goal after passing, shot on goal on a passed ball 4. Racket sports Badminton - forehand shot under the hand, forehand shots above the head, forehand lob above the head, backhand shot under the hand, high serve, backhand serve, short serve, movements on the court, singles game, doubles game 5. Shooting - classification of shooting disciplines and shooters, equipment, weapon maintenance, breathing techniques, air rifle 10m 6. Fitness programs - Circuit strength training, functional training, intensive cardio training, pilates, - Warm-up exercises and preparation of the locomotor apparatus, stretching exercises, muscle strengthening exercises, exercises to reduce subcutaneous fat, exercises to increase muscle endurance, exercises to increase muscle mass, stretching exercises 7. Walking tours - walking on flat terrain, mountain walking tours, interval walking methods 8. Dance structures - English waltz, Viennese waltz, disco fox, jive, salsa
Provođenje nastave: Nastava se izvodi isključivo u obliku vježbi. Studenti izvode nastavu samo iz sadržaja ili nastavne cjeline na koji su prijavljeni. Po potrebi moguće je nastavu provesti parcijalno ili u potpunosti u online obliku.
