Strategic management of human potential, determination of the plan and needs for human resources potential within the company 4. Selection, deployment and training of human resources within the company, employee development 5. Systematization of workplaces within the company, determination of needs and structure of work places 6. Evaluation of work, determination of the evaluation structure, legal provisions related to evaluation of jobs 7. Performance reward system, motivation and stimulation system in the company, management work performance 8. Interpersonal relations of employees, conflicts within the company, conflict resolution 9. Practical creation of a human resource management model with examples from wood processing and furniture production
