Professional training of members of the Croatian Chamber of Forestry and Wood Technology Engineers
Lifelong learning is a process that enables the integration of innovations from science and higher education, as well as the continuous exchange of ideas, to develop and continually raise the level of professional knowledge, thereby strengthening the social and economic potential of the forestry and wood technology profession. This type of education enables the lifelong advancement of forestry and wood technology engineers by enhancing competencies, updating knowledge and skills, and acquiring new knowledge, skills, and competencies in line with the latest advancements and insights in the field of forestry and wood technology.
Each year, the Chamber Council selects the Annual Professional Development Program for Chamber members, based on proposals from the Professional Development Committee. The Croatian Chamber of Forestry and Wood Technology Engineers promulgated the Regulations on Professional Development for Members on 20 February 2014.
