Undergraduate admission for the academic year 2025/2026 - autumn term

 

Enrollment will begin on September 18, 2025 at 12:00 PM and will last until September 19, 2025 at 3:00 PM.

 

Available enrollment spots in the fall term are:

 

Forestry 10

Urban Forestry 32 + 5 foreigners

Wood Technology 35 + 5 foreigners

Professional study DT 33

 

Enrollment procedure:

Enrollment for undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Forestry and Wood Technology, University of Zagreb in the academic year 2025/2026 will be conducted EXCLUSIVELY ONLINE via the internet.

 

Important:

Students who do not enroll at the specified time lose the right to enroll, and the Faculty of Forestry and Wood Technology in Zagreb reserves the right to charge opportunity costs.

 

In order to speed up the process of submitting an application for enrollment, it is necessary to prepare the following documentation in digital form:

 

1. student photo (suitable photo for an ID document)

2. photo of the front and back of the ID card

3. photo or document confirming payment of the enrollment fee (47 euros),

4. photo or document confirming payment of the tuition fee (students who are enrolling for the first time DO NOT PAY THE TUITION FEE)

5. photo or document of the citizenship certificate

Payment description: Enrollment for 2025/2026.

Amount: 47.00 EUR

 

You can pay the tuition fee (if it is required) at FINA, a bank, post office or via internet banking. It is possible to pay the tuition fee in two equal installments (the first installment of 557.44 EUR is paid upon enrollment).

 

Outline description of the procedure:

1. Preparation of the necessary digital documentation:

- birth certificate

- student's photo (suitable photo for an ID)

- photo of the front and back of the ID card

- photo or document confirming payment of enrollment fees

- photo or document confirming payment of tuition fees (if required)

 

2. Receiving an SMS message of intent to enroll (the first message of intent to enroll will arrive on 18.09.2025 from 8 am onwards, by confirming the link in the message, the further enrollment process will begin. If by any chance you do not receive an SMS of intent, please contact the Student Affairs Office by phone or by email studref@sumfak.hr, and in this way the intent to enroll will be implemented)

 

3. Processing of the student by the Student Affairs Office in the system, and sending the username and password to the student via SMS after processing during the day.

 

4. With the obtained username and password, the student goes to the page https://login.aaiedu.hr/promjenazaporke and changes his initial password to the final one of his choice. (e.g. username: xy@sumfak.hr and password of your choice minimum 8 characters, letters and numbers must be in the password)

 

5. The student accesses the application at the link https://student.sumfak.hr (if there are problems with logging into the application, contact studref@sumfak.hr or dbertol@sumfak.hr)

 

6. Submitting the necessary documentation and signing the study contract in the application

 

The student goes to the website https://student.sumfak.hr and, in accordance with the instructions, completes the enrollment procedure, which includes:

 

1. Downloading enrollment documentation (for viewing)

2. Signing the enrollment documentation via username and password

3. Uploading a photo for the SmartX card (iksica) into the system https://student.sumfak.hr. (a suitable photo for an ID document)

4. Uploading other required documentation (mandatory documentation: certificate of citizenship, personal back page, personal front page, payment slip for enrollment costs, tuition fees if necessary)

 

Once the required documents are uploaded, the Admissions Office checks them during the day, and if everything is in order, the enrollment procedure is complete.
