Cilj predmeta: The curriculum of this subject aims to provide the student with basic knowledge of mineralogy, petrology and general geology, and enable the acquisition of knowledge and skills in: 1) the basics of mineral and rock classification; 2) understanding how igneous, sedimentary and metamorphic rocks are formed; 3) understanding the way rocks are worn on the Earth's surface; 4) understanding the process of formation of relief and soil; 5) understanding the use of geological maps; 6) understanding the hydrogeological features of surface and underground waters; 7) understanding the role of geology in environmental protection and planned, sustainable development

P6 Metamorphic rocks; V5 Division of sedimentary rocks, clastic sedimentary rocks and sediments, biogenic sedimentary rocks; Metamorphic rocks, division of metamorphic rocks, metamorphic rocks characteristic of different types of metamorphism
