Horizontal mobility
Horizontal mobility is determined by the level (undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate), not the type of study (university, professional).
The course that the student attends at another constituent is entered into the information system.
The course holder confirms the fulfillment of study obligations by entering ECTS credits and grades into the information system. and
The ECTS credits earned can be recognized as if they were earned within the framework of the main study (study program) and are entered in the supplementary study document.
The student requests enrollment in a course at a study program at the Faculty of Forestry and Wood Technology that is different from the main study program through an APPLICATION. The application is submitted to the Student Affairs Office.
Enrollment in courses at other faculties and academies (horizontal mobility for FŠDT students)
Enrollment in horizontal mobility is carried out before the start of the academic year in which mobility is achieved.
Information on courses (course content, learning outcomes, number of ECTS credits, etc.) that can be enrolled in the framework of horizontal mobility, as well as enrollment details, should be checked on the website of the University of Zagreb constituent where horizontal mobility is desired.
After the enrollment has been agreed with the course holder, the student fills out the APPLICATION and the FORM FOR APPROVAL OF ENROLLMENT AND RECOGNITION OF COURSES (HORIZONTAL MOBILITY).
The application is filled out by the student and submitted to the home constituent (vice dean of the department) via the Student Office together with the Form.
The form is filled out by the student (items 1-2 of the form), the home Faculty (responsible vice dean of the department) (3), the external constituent (course holder) (4). Point 4 of the Form can be replaced with a transcript of grades from an external institution. The Form is submitted to the parent institution (department vice-dean) via the Student Affairs Office (together with the Application). The student carries the Form with him/herself and "collects" signatures and consents. The approved course is entered into ISVU with the original name and original number of ECTS credits after the student fulfills all obligations and passes the exam, and submits the completed Form (via the Student Affairs Office).
