Sadržaj predmeta: Plant community; Floral composition; Vegetation structure; Meaning of species; Phytocenological recording in the field; Recording methodology and dynamics; Field data; Patronage; Sociability; Layering; Phenology; Vitality; Field data processing; Stages of synthetic elaboration; Creation of the final phytocenological table; Biological form; Determination of geoelements; Ecoindicator properties of plant species and habitat characterization; Determining the affiliation of vegetation units; Statistical verification of results; Numerical multivariate analysis; Cluster analysis; Multidimensional scaling; Application of results in practice; Forest vegetation mapping; Types and scales of vegetation maps; Colors and display of units; Field work on mapping and data collection; GIS and new technologies in mapping; Remote research; Aerial photographs; Satellite images; Sensors for recording vegetation; Application of vegetation maps. The course is based on the classic settings of the Braun-Blanquet school, but also uses the latest knowledge and technological aids. It also relies on the principles of naturalness, sustainable management and biological diversity. It consists of lectures with the use of modern teaching aids.
