Graduate Studies
ADMISSION TO THE FIRST YEAR OF GRADUATE STUDIES
- Application process for the first year of graduate studies will take place on the 23th and 24th September 2019
- Fill in and submit the Application Form
- Transfer the amount of 200,00 kn to the giro account of the Faculty with the indication “Application costs for the graduate studies ".
The enrolment exam for the students applying for the graduate studies of Wood Technology - (Wood Technology Processes or Design of Wood Products), and did not graduate from the undergraduate studies of Wood Technology before, will take place on Friday, 27 September 2019 at 10.00 a.m., in the auditorium IV - 226 (old building), the applications for the enrolment exam can be submitted till 26 September 2019 untill 15:00 h
The applicants are required to bring the official national Identity Card or Passport to the enrolment exam.
The information about the results of the enrolment procedure will be published on Friday, 27 September 2019 until 16:00 h on the bulletin board as well as on the websites of the Faculty of Forestry and Wood Technology.
- Enrolments will take place on the 1, 2, 3 October 2019. The candidates are required to bring the proof of payment of the registration fees in the amount of 350,00 kn for the enrolment in the graduate studies.
GRADUATE FORESTRY STUDIES, PROGRAMME:SILVICULTURE AND FOREST MANAGEMENT WITH WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT
The applicants who graduated from a university undergraduate studies of Forestry or Urban Forestry, Natural Conservation and Environmental Protection, as well as related university undergraduate studies, are entitled to enrol in these studies. The applicants applying for admission to the graduate studies of Forestry, and who, however, have not completed their undergraduate studies of Forestry, are required to take the exam of their bridging programme courses. The duration of the studies is 2 years or 4 semesters and is awarded in 120 ECTS credits. The students enrol in 16 compulsory courses with the final master's thesis, as well as in the optional courses offered in these or other study programmes of the Faculty of Forestry and Wood Technology or other faculties of the University of Zagreb, that is, in three optional courses in the 1., 2. and the 3. semester.
Academic title by completing the studies: Master of Engineering in Forestry

The applicants who graduated from a university undergraduate studies of Forestry or Urban Forestry, Natural Conservation and Environmental Protection, as well as any related university undergraduate studies, are entitled to enrol in these studies. The applicants applying for admission to the graduate studies of Forestry, and who, however, have not completed their undergraduate studies of Forestry, are required to take the exam in bridging programme courses. The duration of the studies is 2 years or 4 semesters and is awarded in 120 ECTS credits. The students enrol in 15 compulsory courses with the final master's thesis, as well as in the optional courses offered in these or other study programmes of the Faculty of Forestry and Wood Technology or other faculties of the University of Zagreb, that is, in three optional courses in the 1., 2. and the 3. semester.

GRADUATE STUDIES OF URBAN FORESTRY, NATURE CONSERVATION AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
The applicants who graduated from a university undergraduate studies of Forestry or Urban Forestry, Natural Conservation and Environmental Protection, as well as any related university undergraduate study, are entitled to enrol in these studies. The applicants applying for admission to the graduate studies of Urban Forestry, Nature Conservation and Environmental Protection, and who, however, have not completed their undergraduate studies of Urban Forestry, Nature Conservation and Environmental Protection, are required to take the exam in the bridging programme courses. The duration of the studies is 2 years or 4 semesters and is awarded in 120 ECTS credits. The students enrol in 15 compulsory courses with the final master's thesis, as well as in the optional courses offered in these or other study programmes of the Faculty of Forestry and Wood Technology or other faculties of the University of Zagreb, that is, in three optional courses in the 1., 2. and the 3. semester.
Academic title by completing the studies: Master of Engineering in Urban Forestry, Nature Conservation and Environmental Protection
GRADUATE STUDIES IN WOOD TECHNOLOGY PROCESSES
The applicants who graduated from a university undergraduate studies of Wood Technology, undergraduate Expertise Studies of Wood Technology, as well as other university undergraduate studies, are entitled to enrol in these studies. The applicants who graduated from the undergraduate university studies of Wood Technology, are entitled to enrol in the studies without taking the enrolment exam. The applicants who have not graduated from the undergraduate university studies of Wood Technology, have to take the enrolment exam. The duration of the studies is 2 years or 4 semesters and is awarded in 120 ECTS credits. The students enrol in 12 compulsory courses with the final master's thesis, and in two offered optional courses in the 1., 2. and the 3. semester.
Academic title by completing the studies: Master of Engineering in Wood Technology
GRADUATE STUDIES IN DESIGN OF WOOD PRODUCTS
The applicants who graduated from a university undergraduate studies of Wood Technology, undergraduate Expertise Studies of Wood Technology, as well as other university undergraduate studies, are entitled to enrol in these studies. The applicants who graduated from the undergraduate university studies of Wood Technology, are entitled to enrol in the studies without taking the enrolment exam. The applicants who have not graduated from the undergraduate university studies of Wood Technology, have to take the enrolment exam. The duration of the studies is 2 years or 4 semesters and is awarded in 120 ECTS credits. The students enrol in 12 compulsory courses with the final master's thesis, and in two offered optional courses in the 1., 2. and the 3. semester.
Academic title by completing the studies: Master of Engineering in Wood Technology
